• Recently, the doctor recommended that I lift no more than 3 kg. I usually take a small or medium head of cabbage. My light grocery cart weighs 1.5 kg, which means that one medium swing or two small ones - all together will be plus or minus 3 kg. We will know! However, it is better not to take risks and take one medium head of up to 1 kg.

  • I agree with Tamara, they don’t write anywhere in the recipes how much to take, and now you won’t understand in the store whether it is medium, or small, or huge. I weighed different ones and the spread is usually from 400 to 1.3 kg. So this is very useful information.
